The setup itself measures 16’ deep, 13’ wide and 10’ tall. We recommend allowing an additional 2-3 feet of clearance around the simulator, especially in the front.

We have access to over 2,000+ replica courses so the options are endless! Some favorites include Kiawah Island, Torrey Pines - South Course, Kapalua - Plantation, Sea Island Seaside, and Pelican Hill Golf Course.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to set up if there is heavy rain, lightning or high winds. We can move indoors if that’s an option at your location. If not, we can reschedule your event or issue a rain check for a future event.

We arrive onsite about 1 hour prior to the event to ensure everything is set up and ready to go. Tear down is less than 1 hour.

Nope! Clubs and balls are provided. We carry left and right adult sets and left and right junior sets. You are also welcome to bring your own clubs!

A typical twosome can play a full 18 hole course in a little over an hour. A foursome might take 2-3 hours to play a full 18 holes. For the best experience we set an auto putt feature - just stick it close and head to the next hole.

Our Cancellation Policy states:

Cancellations made 15 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event may either receive a 50% refund OR a 100% credit to be used towards a future booking. Customer will choose the option they prefer.

Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 100% credit to be used towards a future booking.
