1. Our Services

Suite Shot Mobile Golf provides mobile golf simulator rentals for private events, parties, and gatherings throughout Texas. Availability, pricing, and service offerings may change at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Payment is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the full payment is received.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change prior to confirmation.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 15 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. .

• Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event may either receive a 50% refund OR a 100% credit to be used towards a future booking. Customer will choose the option they prefer.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 100% credit to be used towards a future booking.

• Weather-related cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to reschedule or issue a fair refund.

4. Event Requirements

To ensure a smooth setup and safe operation:

• Adequate flat, level space must be provided for the simulator setup (dimensions provided during booking).

• Access to electricity is required.

• The event space must be safe, dry, and free of hazards or overhead obstructions.

• Setup and teardown access must be provided within the agreed time window.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Liability and Safety

• All guests participate at their own risk.

• Suite Shot Mobile Golf is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss occurring during simulator use.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• The booking party is responsible for the behavior of all guests and for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.

6. Use of Equipment

All equipment remains the property of Suite Shot Mobile Golf. Guests may not move, modify, or transport the simulator without authorization. The booking party will be billed for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment resulting from misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Suite Shot Mobile Golf and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
